· A service of lessons and carols will be held in Morebattle this Sunday (22nd) at 3pm. Followed by mulled wine/ tea. · Retiring Offering at our Christmas services will be for the work of Crossreach. · Christmas Eve is on Tuesday, and there will be our carol service at Hownam at 6pm and our Watchnight service at Linton at 11.30pm. · United Christmas Day service will be at 10am at Yetholm. · We are saddened by the death of Bill Thomson, elder and former Session Clerk. His thanksgiving service will be on Wednesday 8th January at 1.30pm at Morebattle Kirk. · There will be no craft group or coffee morning or prayer service over the festive period. · Next Sunday our services will be at Yetholm (10am) and Morebattle (11.15), and will be led by Trish Gentry · Rev Colin wishes everyone a very blessed Christmas and kind wishes for 2025. · The Yetholm Village Choir hold their Christmas Concert on Sunday at 4pm at Yetholm Kirk. Accompanied by the Yetholm Colliery Band. · The Yetholm Primary School Christmas service is on Monday 16th December at 9.15am at Yetholm Kirk. · The Craft Group meet on Mondays at 2pm in Yetholm Kirk. · Coffee and chat at Yetholm Kirk on Tuesdays from 10.30 -12 noon. All welcome. · Prayer Service is on Tuesdays at 12 noon in Yetholm Kirk. · Morebattle Primary School will sing carols round the tree at the Institute on Tuesday at 5.45pm · Our Quiet Service will be on Wednesday 18th December at 5pm at Morebattle Kirk. · Advent Study Group meets on Thursday 19th December at 10.30am in the Manse.
