Easter 6

We welcome everyone to our services at Yetholm and Morebattle (10am).  Rev Colin will lead the Morebattle service and Arthur Bates the Yetholm service. Please wait for refreshments after the Yetholm service.

• The Annual Stated Meeting of the congregation will take place on Monday 26th May at 7pm in Morebattle Kirk.
• Craft Group meets on Mondays at 2pm in Yetholm
  
• Coffee and chat at Yetholm Kirk on Tuesdays from 10.30 -12 noon. All welcome.
• Prayer Service is on Tuesdays at 12 noon in Yetholm
• There will be a meeting at Hownam Kirk on Wednesday 28th May at 7.30pm to discuss its future. A similar meeting at Linton will be on Wednesday 4th June (7pm)
• There will be a showing of a documentary about the West Bank at Yetholm Kirk on Saturday 31st May at 3.30pm. While some of us are involved, this is not a church event.
• Next Sunday we have our services at Yetholm and Linton, both at 10am. Rev Colin will lead the Linton service, and Graeme Watson will be at Yetholm. All welcome

Heavenly Father, may we know the peace Jesus gave the disciples calming our troubled hearts. Help us to live life in the same way as his disciples did at that time, knowing no sense of abandonment but patiently awaiting the promised gift of the Holy Spirit.  Amen
