epiphany sunday

We welcome everyone to our united service for Epiphany Sunday. Because of the weather forecast, we have made the decision to transfer the service to MOREBATTLE, instead of Linton. It will still be at 11am. However, if the weather is bad, please do not attempt to get to church. There will still be refreshments afterwards.

• The Craft Group will resume on Monday 6th January at 2pm in Yetholm Kirk (weather depending).
• Coffee and chat at Yetholm Kirk on Tuesdays from 10.30 -12 noon. All welcome.
• Prayer Service is on Tuesdays at 12 noon in Yetholm Kirk.
• The Linkage sub-committee meets on Tuesday at 2pm at the Roxburghe Hall.
• Bill Thomson’s Funeral will be held on Wednesday 8th January. There will be a private burial followed by a Thanksgiving service in Morebattle Kirk at 1.30pm.
• The Guild meeting will be on Thursday 9th January at 2pm in Morebattle Institute, when we will be hearing about the new Guild projects. All are welcome.
• Services next Sunday are at Yetholm (10am) and Morebattle (11.15am).

Gracious God, as we begin a New Year, remind us of the things that are truly important and worthwhile. Enable us to put aside anxiety about the future because your Light has come into our world. Help us to arise and shine giving God the glory as we live out our lives in 2025. Amen
