We hold our JOINT communion service at  Morebattle this Sunday at 10am on the first Sunday of Lent. All are very welcome. Please note that there is NO service at Yetholm.

• The Kirk Session meets at Morebattle on Monday 23rd Feb at 7pm
  
• The Craft Group meets on Mondays at 2pm in Yetholm Kirk.
  
• Coffee and chat at Yetholm Kirk on Tuesdays from 10.30 -12 noon. All welcome.
• The Prayer Service meets on Tuesdays at 12 noon at Yetholm Kirk.
• The Lent Study Group begins on Thursday 26th February at 10.30am at 4 The Yett, Kirk Yetholm.
  
• Articles for The Cheviot should be in by the end of the month.
  
• The Guild meets on Tuesday 3rd March for a business meeting.
  
• The World Day of Prayer will be held at 2pm in Morebattle on Friday 6th March.
  
• The Linton KIrk Heritage Association is raising funds to buy the building. Any contributions would be gratefully received. Please see flyers for details.

Father God as we begin our Lenten journey, we are mindful of the temptation and suffering that your son Jesus Christ endured in the wilderness.  We ask you to strengthen us, as we find ourselves in the desert of human faults, failings and sinfulness. Help us to live by your words, guiding us through life's journey.  Amen
