Both Morebattle and Yetholm are located on the popular St Cuthbert's Way, which runs from Melrose to Holy Island. We would be delighted to welcome you if you are walking this pilgrimage route. All the churches in our parish are open in daylight hours if you want a moment of quietness. If you would like a chance to rest and have a cup of coffee then there are a couple of possibilities.
If you are travelling through Yetholm and Morebattle as a pilgrim then our minister has created a couple of short audio prayer walks for the two villages. Click on the buttons below to listen to them. You can also download the text of these two prayer walks by clicking here - Morebattle and Yetholm.
St Cuthberts Way Churches Together have created a website with information about the churches that can be visited along St Cuthberts Way - click HERE

If your group would like to use the church for worship, then please contact us via the 'Contact' page so we can make arrangements. We would also be delighted if you were able to join us for worship on Sunday. The photos show a group of Norwegian pilgrims, led by Pastor Jan Lokkeborg from Sula Frikirke, who regularly do this. They join us for a meal on Saturday evening and then participate in worship on Sunday before heading off the along the path to Wooler.
Not that visitors do all the walking - members of the congregation have joined together to do St Cuthbert's Way, the Border Abbey's Way and the St Oswalds Way. We have also visited Iona and regularly have a day-away to the Retreat Centre on Holy Island - photos can be seen on the Church Life page.
